Tuna Kerabu

This video shows how to prepare a Malayan favorite eastern salad the tuna kerabu. This is easy to prepare, simple and quickly made. At the same time is tastes fabulous due to mixed aroma from all the spices.
Ingredients
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Colored With Blue Pea Flower Dye)
  Shallot 6 , finely sliced
  Desiccated coconut 30 Gram
  Long bean 2 , finely diced
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, very finely sliced
  Bean sprout 30 Gram, tailed
  Wild ginger flower 1 , finely sliced (Bunga Kantan)
  Red chillies 3 , minced
  Chopped fresh mint 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric leaf 1 , finely sliced
  Sambal belacan 2 Teaspoon
  Tuna flakes 185 Gram (1 Can, Tuna Flakes In Olive Oil, Ayam Brand)
Directions

MIXING
All we need to do is toss everything together in a salad bowl, except for the sambal belacan.
Always try to toss gently bringing more air inside the kerabu.
You do not want to crush the ingredients.
PRESENTATION
Place the kerabu in a serving bowl like this and we sprinkle with slices of onions and some fresh mint leaves.
Serve the bowl with the sambal on the side.
