This video shows how to prepare a Malayan favorite eastern salad the tuna kerabu. This is easy to prepare, simple and quickly made. At the same time is tastes fabulous due to mixed aroma from all the spices.
All we need to do is toss everything together in a salad bowl, except for the sambal belacan.
Always try to toss gently bringing more air inside the kerabu.
You do not want to crush the ingredients.
Place the kerabu in a serving bowl like this and we sprinkle with slices of onions and some fresh mint leaves.
Serve the bowl with the sambal on the side.
