|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Liquid||1 Cup (16 tbs) (From Canned Peas)|
|Cooked peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flaked tuna||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Add flour gradually to melted butter, add salt, milk, and liquid from canned peas, stirring to keep smooth.
Add peas, carrots, and tuna fish heat thoroughly.
