Tuna Fish Custard

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Canned tuna fish 5 Ounce
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Grease one- medium sized casserole.
Break into it 1 egg, beat slightly, add flaked tuna fish, blend, add, milk, salt, pepper.
Sprinkle with crumbs, paprika and dot-with butter.
Bake in slow oven (300 F.) about 45,minutes or until consistency of custard.
