I am going to make a toasted chiabatta with tuna green cheese topping and tomato and spring onion salsa.
1 Clove (5 gm)
Soft cream cheese
Grated cheddar cheese
2 , diced
Split the chiabatta bread in half along lengthwise. Brush the slices with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Toast the bread slices on a grill for 2 minutes. Brush garlic clove over the toast. Put the slices in a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine canned tuna, soft cream cheese, freshly ground black pepper, pinch of salt and cheese. Mix them well. Place the mixture on the toasts. Pop them on to the grill for a minute.
In a bowl combine tomatoes, onion, castor sugar, pepper, salt, olive oil and vinegar. Mix well.
Serve the salsa over the top of the toasts.
