1. In a large bowl, add tuna, S&B hot spice mix, sriracha sauce, black olives, green olives and sushi ginger. Mix all ingredients together with a spatula.
2. In a serving platter, place 3 crackers and top with tuna mixture. Add the remaining mixture to the platter. Pour some drops of basil and garlic oil over the dish.
3. Serve the cracker and tuna appetizer with sriracha sauce.
