|Pasteurized process cheese spread||8 Ounce|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned tuna/15.5 ounce can red salmon, drained, skin and bones removed, and flaked||12 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked|
|Water chestnuts/1 8 ounce can||8 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Cup)|
|Snipped dried chives||2 Tablespoon, dried|
|English muffins||4 Medium, split and toasted|
Combine 1/2 cup of the process cheese spread and the salad dressing or mayonnaise.
Stir in tuna, water chestnuts, and chives.
Spread mixture onto English muffin halves.
Place muffins on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Broil 4 inches from the heat about 3 inches or till heated through.
Top each with a dollop of the remaining process cheese spread.
Broil for 30 to 60 seconds more or till process cheese spread melts.
