Quick Tuna Skillet

Ingredients
  Frozen peas/Half of 10 ounce package 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions/Half of 10 ounce package 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bias cut celery slices 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained
  Water chestnuts 2 1⁄2 Ounce, thinly sliced
Directions

Combine peas and onions, celery, butter, and 1/2 cup water; heat to boiling.
Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or till vegetables are just tender.
Combine soy sauce and cornstarch; add to vegetables; cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
Gently stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
Pass extra soy sauce.
