Quick Tuna Skillet
|Frozen peas/Half of 10 ounce package||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onions/Half of 10 ounce package||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bias cut celery slices||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned tuna||7 Ounce, drained|
|Water chestnuts||2 1⁄2 Ounce, thinly sliced|
Combine peas and onions, celery, butter, and 1/2 cup water; heat to boiling.
Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or till vegetables are just tender.
Combine soy sauce and cornstarch; add to vegetables; cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
Gently stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
Pass extra soy sauce.
