Florentine Tuna

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Ripe tomato 1 , chopped
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely minced
  Cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon, coarsely ground
  Tuna steaks 32 Ounce (4 Steaks Of 8 Ounce Each)
  Vermicelli noodles 8 Ounce, cooked and drained
  Non fat cooking spray 1
Directions

Rinse the spinach greens and steam for 5 minutes on the stove over medium heat.
Cool and chop finely.
Coat the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped spinach, tomato, oil, garlic, parsley,vinegar, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Grill the tuna steaks for 6-8 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
Divide the vermicelli among four individual plates, spoon the sauce over each and top with the grilled tuna.
