Tuna On A Shoestring
|Canned tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained|
|Shredded carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned shoestring potatoes||4 Ounce|
In large bowl, separate tuna into chunks.
Add carrots, celery, onion and salad dressing; toss until tuna is well coated with dressing.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, fold in potatoes.
Add a bright touch with parsley and carrot curls.
