Caprese Style Roasted Tuna Steaks

Ingredients
  Roasted garlic oil 1 Tablespoon (Time Savor Gourmet)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Tuna fillet 1
  Tomatoes 3 , diced
  Black olives 2 Tablespoon
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Italian blend seasoning 1 Tablespoon (Time Savor Gourmet)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Medium heat the pan.
Add garlic oil to the pan.
Spread salt and pepper over tuna.
Add tuna to the pan.
Cook for a minute to each side.
Put in a plate.
Medium-high heat the pan.
Add tomatoes, olives, capers, roasted garlic seasoning, and italian blend seasoning.
Stir them well.
Turn off the heat.
Add tuna, cover it with tomato mixture.
Put the tuna in a oven safe pan and place it in the oven.
Bake tuna for 5-7 minutes.
