|Sifted flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Tablespoon, finley minced|
Drain tuna; flake.
Mix flour, baking powder, onion salt, curry powder and cayenne pepper in mixing bowl; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add milk all at once; stir until well blended.
Add tuna, cheese and green pepper; mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden and crusty.
