Tuna FishÃ¢â‚¬â€Mushroom Casserole
|Tuna||14 Ounce, coarsely flaked (2 cups)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sauteed mushrooms||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (1/2 pound fresh)|
|Potato chips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 1/2 ounces)|
Measure 2 tablespoons oil from canned tuna into double boiler.
Gradually stir in flour, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and milk.
Cook over boiling water until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
Cover bottom of greased 1 1/2-quart casserole with 1/4 cup potato chips.
Top with 1/3 the tuna, then 1/3 the sauce.
Repeat, making 3 layers of each, and top with remaining potato chips.
Bake, covered, at 375Ã‚Â°F. 20 minutes.
Uncover, and bake 5 minutes or until brown.
