Tuna Fish—Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
  Tuna 14 Ounce, coarsely flaked (2 cups)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sauteed mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (1/2 pound fresh)
  Potato chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 1/2 ounces)
Directions

Measure 2 tablespoons oil from canned tuna into double boiler.
Gradually stir in flour, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and milk.
Cook over boiling water until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
Add mushrooms.
Cover bottom of greased 1 1/2-quart casserole with 1/4 cup potato chips.
Top with 1/3 the tuna, then 1/3 the sauce.
Repeat, making 3 layers of each, and top with remaining potato chips.
Bake, covered, at 375°F. 20 minutes.
Uncover, and bake 5 minutes or until brown.
