Super Tuna Toss

  Garlic 7 Clove (35 gm)
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce
  Head of lettuce 1⁄2 Small
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato wedges 2

Rub inside of salad bowl with cut surface of garlic.
Drain tuna; break into chunks.
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Combine lettuce, tuna, celery, spinach, bean sprouts and onion in large salad bowl; add dressing.
Toss lightly.
Garnish with tomato wedges.
