|Rising flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Instant potato flakes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tuna||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine flour, potato flakes, tuna and cheese; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons water over mixture; mix lightly until dough just holds together.
Roll out on floured surface to 1 /8-inch thickness; cut into rounds with 2- inch cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
