Tuna Benito

Ingredients
  English muffin 1 , buttered and grilled
  Canned tuna 4 Ounce
  Celery stalks 1 , diced
  Parsley sprigs 1 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Celery salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
  Granulated garlic To Taste
  Tomato 2 , grilled
  Bacon strip 1 , grilled
  Cheddar cheese 1 Ounce, grated or sliced
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat broiler

MAKING
2)In a mixing bowl,combine tuna with celery, parsley, mayonnaise, and seasonings.
3)Place the tuna mix on the muffin,and add tomato slices,bacon and cheddar cheese
4)Broil for 3 minutes,spirnkle parsley and serve
