Tuna Open Facer
|Canned dietetic pack tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Coarsely grated cabbage||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coarsely grated carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced green onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Low calorie mayonnaise type dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hamburger buns||2 , split and toasted|
1. Cut tuna into small pieces
2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, catsup, lemon juice, seasoned salt and pepper.
3. In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, cabbage, carrot and onion.
4. Add mayonnaise mixture to the tuna mixture and toss gently.
5. On each toasted bun half, place 1 lettuce and spoon tuna mixture on top.
6. Serve immediately with potato wedges, if desired.
