Apple Tuna Toss

Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1 Medium, torn in bite-size pieces to make 4 cups
  Unpeeled diced apples 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained and broken in chunks (1 Can)
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, apple, oranges, tuna and walnuts together.
2) In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce and lemon juice together.
3) Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss lightly to coat.

SERVING
4) Serve the Apple Tuna Toss immediately.
