Tuna Bean Supper Dish
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup/Celery soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned tuna||7 Ounce, drained and flaked|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
|Chopped pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Green beans||1 Pound, cooked, drained|
1) In a skillet, saute the onion in butter, until just softened.
2) Stir in the soup, milk, tuna, eggs, and pimiento; blend thoroughly.
3) Stir frequently and cook over a low heat, until thoroughly heated.
4) Place the hot cooked green beans on a platter, spoon over the creamed tuna and serve immediately.
