Tuna On A Shoestring
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Canned tuna in water||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Plain non fat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shoestring potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a large bowl, add celery, tuna, onions and lettuce. Toss well to mix.
2) In a smaller bowl, combine the yoghurt with mayonnaise to prepare the salad dressing.
3) Immediately before serving, pour the yoghurt-mayonnaise dressing over the tuna mixture.
4) Throw in the shoestring potatoes. Give the salad a final mix.
