Ingredients
  Hero rolls 4 , split
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Grated carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped peanuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained and flaked (1 Can)
  Vinegar oil salad dressing 1 Tablespoon (Bottled)
Directions

MAKING
1 Hollow out the bottom of each roll slightly with a fork. (Set pieces aside to make a crumb topping for a casserole.)
2 In a cup,mix mayonnaise or salad dressing and curry powder;spread on the rolls.
3 Spoon carrots, onions and peanuts, alternately, across the bottom half of each roll.
4 In a cup,combine tuna and oil-and-vinegar dressing and toss lightly to mix.
5 Spoon in the rows on top of the vegetables.
6 Cover with the tops of rolls.
7 Place each sandwich in a plastic bag, or wrap in a wax paper, foil or transparent wrap.

SERVING
8 Serve as desired.
