Ingredients
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, well drained (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each, Solid White Or Light)
  Pimento stuffed green olives 8 , sliced
  Gherkins 6 , chopped (Midget, Sweet)
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 6 Tablespoon
  Fresh dill 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Black pepper To Taste, freshly ground
  Celery salt To Taste
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , peeled and sliced
  Paprika To Taste
  Bibb lettuce/Boston lettuce 1 (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small mixing bowl, flake the tuna with a fork.
2) Blend in the capers, olives and gherkins and capers.
3) Then stir in the mayonnaise, pepper, celery salt and dill, blend well.
4) Garnish with the sliced eggs and sprinkle with the paprika.
5) Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

SERVING
6) Serve chilled on individual serving plates.
