Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Plain low fat yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tuna 15 Ounce (Packed In Water)
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat bread slices 2
  Thinly sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon wedges 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
2 In a medium bowl, add egg, mayonnaise, yogurt, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Mix well.
3 Add well drained tuna to the egg mixture along with the green pepper, green onions, celery, and bread cubes.
4 Toss lightly with fork to mix well
5 Into 1-quart baking dish pour the mixture.
6 Bake for about ten minutes.
7 Sprinkle cheese on top.
8 Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

SERVING
9 Garnish with lemon wedges.
