|Chopped apples||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curry powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned tuna||14 Ounce|
|Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Saute onions and apples in butter until wilted.
Add curry powder and tomatoes; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Season with salt to taste.
Separate tuna into flakes; add, and heat.
Serve with rice, chutney, and any other desired condiments.
Makes 4 servings.
