Tuna Melt

Ingredients
  Green onions 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), divided
  Drained canned artichoke hearts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Albacore tuna 1 Can (10 oz), drained, flaked
  English muffins 4 Ounce, toasted
  Provolone cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce, shredded
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine a quarter cup of green onions, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, albacore tuna, oregano, pepper, olive oil and red pepper; stir them all well to blend
2. Divide this mixture between muffin halves and sprinkle cheese evenly
3. Place them all on baking sheets and broil for five minyutes or less, till golden

SERVING
4. Sprinkle the remaining green onions on top and serve
