|Tuna steaks||250 Gram|
|Garlic||10 Clove (50 gm), minced|
|Red wine||30 Milliliter|
|Olive oil||80 Milliliter|
|Worcestershire sauce||5 Milliliter|
|Cracked black pepper||5 Milliliter|
|Tomato catsup||250 Milliliter|
|Onion||1 Medium, minced|
|Packed brown sugar||60 Milliliter|
|Lemon juice||30 Milliliter|
|Chili powder||15 Milliliter|
Wash and pat dry the tuna.
Place in a shallow pan.Combine the garlic, wine, lemon juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings in a small mixing bowl.
Pour over the tuna and marinate for 4 hours.
SAUCE: Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Grill the fish for 5-6 minutes per side depending on thickness, brushing often with the barbecue sauce.
Brush one final time just before serving.
