Super Tuna Melt

Ingredients
  Chunk light tuna 1 Can (10 oz) (Packed In Vegetable Oil Or Water)
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, chopped
  Hard cooked eggs 1 , chopped
  Sweet pickle relish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon (According To Your Taste)
  Celery seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Velveeta cheese slices 4
  Spicy brown mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Hamburger buns 2
Directions

Combine tuna with first 7 ingredients.
Mix well.
Spread bottom of hamburger buns lightly with the mustard.
Divide the Velveeta slices in half; place halves on top of mustard.
Spread tuna mixture on top of cheese.
Wrap hamburger buns with aluminum foil and bake in oven or toaster oven for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
