Super Tuna Melt
|Chunk light tuna||1 Can (10 oz) (Packed In Vegetable Oil Or Water)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, chopped|
|Hard cooked eggs||1 , chopped|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon (According To Your Taste)|
|Celery seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Velveeta cheese slices||4|
|Spicy brown mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Combine tuna with first 7 ingredients.
Spread bottom of hamburger buns lightly with the mustard.
Divide the Velveeta slices in half; place halves on top of mustard.
Spread tuna mixture on top of cheese.
Wrap hamburger buns with aluminum foil and bake in oven or toaster oven for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
