Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Canned sliced mushroom 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , sliced
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Round buttery crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, add onion and mushrooms to sauté in butter or margarine.
2) Add next 6 ingredients to stir in.
3) Pour in milk, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
4) Cook the sauce by constant stirring to thick gravy.
5) Add sliced eggs and tuna.
6) Reheat the sauce.

SERVING
7) Serve the sauce over crackers.
