Company Tuna Bake
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned tuna||9 1⁄4 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Pimiento||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Macaroni||3 Ounce, cooked, drained (1/2 Package)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Soften cream cheese; blend in soup using electric or rotary beater.
Stir in tuna, pimiento, onion, mustard, milk, and macaroni.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Mix crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) 20 to 25 minutes, or till heated thoroughly.
Garnish with pimiento flower and parsley, if desired.
