Tuna Cashew Casserole

Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cooked and drained
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 7 Ounces Each)
  Sliced ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped unsalted cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except cheese and mix well.
Put in shallow 1 1/2 -quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for about 25 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
