Tuna Cashew Casserole

|Elbow macaroni||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cooked and drained|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned tuna||14 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 7 Ounces Each)|
|Sliced ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped unsalted cashews||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except cheese and mix well.
Put in shallow 1 1/2 -quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for about 25 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
