|Soured cream||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)|
|Cashew nuts||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Olives||1 Ounce, sliced (25 Gram)|
|Mushrooms||4 Ounce, sliced (100 Gram)|
|Celery||2 Ounce, finely chopped (50 Gram)|
|Potato crisps||1 Ounce, crushed (25 Gram)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4.
Mix all the ingredients, except for the potato crisps together and place in a 1 litre (2pt) casserole, season to taste.
Cover and place on the third shelf for twenty-five minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
Uncover and sprinkle with the crisps, and cook, uncovered for a further ten minutes.
