Tuna Bake

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce (1 Can, 198 Gram)
  Cooked macaroni 8 Ounce (225 Gram, 125 Gram / 5 Ounce Dry Weight)
  Soured cream 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Cashew nuts 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Olives 1 Ounce, sliced (25 Gram)
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced (100 Gram)
  Celery 2 Ounce, finely chopped (50 Gram)
  Potato crisps 1 Ounce, crushed (25 Gram)
  Oregano To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4.
Mix all the ingredients, except for the potato crisps together and place in a 1 litre (2pt) casserole, season to taste.
Cover and place on the third shelf for twenty-five minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
Uncover and sprinkle with the crisps, and cook, uncovered for a further ten minutes.
