Fresh Tuna steak

For a seafood lover, there can be nothing better than digging into a delicious and succulent fresh Tuna steak for Sunday lunch. A lazy day at home, your favorite team playing and mouthwatering food to go with it. Heavenly isn’t it?
Ingredients
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), minced
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Tuna steaks 2 Pound
  Lemon zest 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Method: Combine all the ingredients for marination in a large mixing bowl. Mix till well blended. Wash and clean the tuna and place in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour. Cook on a greased skillet, cooking each side for approximately 5 minutes. Serve.
