Tuna Supper Dish

Ingredients
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen italian green beans 9 Ounce (1 Package)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Canned chunk style tuna 14 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 7 Ounce Each)
  Shredded process american cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Directions

In heavy skillet toast the bread crumbs in 2 tablespoons of the butter till golden brown. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Set aside.
Cook beans according to package directions; drain.
In skillet blend flour into remaining butter.
Add chicken broth, nutmeg, and pepper.
Cook and stir till thick and smooth.
Add tuna, cheese, and beans; reduce heat (220°).
Simmer till cheese melts.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
