Apple Tuna Toss

Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1 Medium, torn in bite-size pieces (4 Cups)
  Diced unpeeled apple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained
  Tuna 7 Ounce, drained and broken in chunks
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In large salad bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, and lemon juice; mix well.
Toss dressing lightly with salad mixture.
