|English muffins||3 , split, toasted, and spread with butter|
|Boston lettuce/Bibb lettuce||4|
|Tomatoes||3 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Break tuna in chunks and sprinkle with lemon juice; combine with hard-cooked eggs, pickle, onion, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently and chill.
Top each English muffin half with Boston lettuce, 3 tomato slices, and tuna salad.
Garnish with a dollop of mayonnaise.
