Tuna Cheese Open Face Sandwich
|Canned tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , peeled and chopped|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped stuffed olives/Celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|English muffins/Hamburger buns||4 , split and toasted|
|Shredded cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (American Or Cheddar)|
In medium bowl combine tuna, eggs, salad dressing, onion, relish, olives, mustard, salt and pepper.
Spoon about 1/4 cup mixture onto each muffin half.
Top with 1 slice tomato and 1 tablespoon cheese.
Place 4 open-face sandwiches on plate lined with two layers of paper towels.
Microwave at High 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese melts, rotating dish once or twice during cooking.
Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
