Tuna Cheese Open Face Sandwich

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , peeled and chopped
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet relish 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped stuffed olives/Celery 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  English muffins/Hamburger buns 4 , split and toasted
  Tomato slices 8
  Shredded cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (American Or Cheddar)
Directions

In medium bowl combine tuna, eggs, salad dressing, onion, relish, olives, mustard, salt and pepper.
Spoon about 1/4 cup mixture onto each muffin half.
Top with 1 slice tomato and 1 tablespoon cheese.
Place 4 open-face sandwiches on plate lined with two layers of paper towels.
Microwave at High 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese melts, rotating dish once or twice during cooking.
Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
