Tuna Nuggets

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (Room Temperature)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients, except parsley, until well mixed.
Shape mixture into 1/2-inch balls.
Roll tuna balls in parsley.
Chill until serving time.
