Cheesy Tuna Bake

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Semi condensed cream of mushroom soup 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Unseasoned whole wheat and white croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Unwrap spinach and place on plate.
Microwave at High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until defrosted.
Drain thoroughly, pressing to remove excess moisture.
In medium mixing bowl, combine spinach and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture into 1-quart casserole.
Cover.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 7 to 10 minutes, or until hot and cheese melts, stirring once or twice.
Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
