  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon, softened (3/4 Stick)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat bread slice 8
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Medium, pared and sliced thin
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1. Blend butter and curry powder in small bowl; spread on bread.
2. Combine tuna and mayonnaise; season with salt and pepper.
3. Layer each of 4 slices of bread this way: cucumber slices, tuna mixture and the cucumber slices divided evenly. Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side down.
4. Slice each in half crosswise.
