|Grated carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs) (From 1 Large Carrot)|

|Chopped peanuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked|
|Bottled oil and vinegar salad dressing||1 Tablespoon|
1. Hollow out bottom of each roll slightly with a fork. (Set the pieces aside to make a crumb topping for a casserole.)
2. Mix mayonnaise or salad dressing and curry powder in a cup; spread on rolls. Spoon the carrots, onions and peanuts, alternately, across bottom half of each roll.
3. Combine tuna and oil and vinegar dressing in a cup; toss lightly to mix; spoon in rows on top of vegetables. Cover with tops of rolls.
