Tuna Hollandaise

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced processed cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Celery soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Solid pack tuna 7 Ounce, drained
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Drained cooked peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine the first four ingredients in top of a double boiler and heat and stir until cheese melts.
Add tuna, broken in chunks, and chopped parsley.
Heat thoroughly and spoon over toasted buttered waffles or English muffins.
