Creamy Tuna Ring

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1/2 Envelope)
  Cream-style cottage cheese 12 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned tuna/1 can of 1-pound salmon, drained and flaked 14 Ounce, drained, flaked (2 Cans, 6 1/2 Or 7 Ounce Each)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Soften 1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold water; dissolve in 1/4 cup hot water.
Beat cheese slightly; stir in dissolved gelatin, green pepper, onions, and salt.
Chill till partially set.
Pour into a 5-cup ring mold.
Chill till almost set.
Meanwhile, soften the remaining gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Mix remaining ingredients; stir in gelatin.
Chill till partially set.
Spoon over cheese layer.
Chill till firm.
Unmold
