Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1 Medium, torn in bite-size pieces to make 4 cups
  Diced apple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 1 1/3 Cups)
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained and broken in large chunks (1 Can)
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, apple, orange sections, tuna, and nuts; toss together.
Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, and lemon juice; mix well.
