Tropical Tuna Melt
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||3 Tablespoon|
|Dijon style mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned tuna in water||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Celery stalk||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|English muffins||2 , split and toasted|
|Low calorie american cheese slices/Monterey jack cheese slices||2|
Thoroughly drain the pineapple, reserving 1 teaspoon juice.
Stir together the reserved 1 teaspoon pineapple juice, the salad dressing, and the mustard.
In a small bowl stir together the drained pineapple, the tuna, and the celery; stir in salad dressing mixture.
Arrange the toasted English muffins in an 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
Top each English muffin half with some of the tuna mixture.
Cut the cheese slices in half diagonally.
Top each muffin half with 1 of the triangles of cheese.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) for 1 to 2 minutes or till cheese is melted, rotating the dish a half-turn once
