Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

Ingredients
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), finely chopped
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemons juice 6 Tablespoon (Juice Of 2 Lemons)
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sesame oil 1 Dash
  Ahi tuna steaks 2 (1 1/2 Inch Thick Steaks, Western United Fish Company)
  Canola oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Preheat grill.
2. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper, salt and sesame oil. Place ahi steaks in a glass dish. Pour marinade over steaks, turn to coat, cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
3. Brush grill with canola oil. Grill ahi steaks over direct high heat for 2 minutes per side, or until cooked to your taste.
