Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks
|Garlic||5 Clove (25 gm), finely chopped|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemons juice||6 Tablespoon (Juice Of 2 Lemons)|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Dash|
|Ahi tuna steaks||2 (1 1/2 Inch Thick Steaks, Western United Fish Company)|
|Canola oil||3 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat grill.
2. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper, salt and sesame oil. Place ahi steaks in a glass dish. Pour marinade over steaks, turn to coat, cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
3. Brush grill with canola oil. Grill ahi steaks over direct high heat for 2 minutes per side, or until cooked to your taste.
