Tuna Cheese Leaves
|Canned water packed tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Low fat cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard cooked egg||2|
|Sliced black olives||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||2 , sliced|
|Savory cabbage leaves/Loose-leaf lettuce||6|
|Classic italian dressing||2 Tablespoon (Oil Type)|
Place tuna in a medium bowl; break up with a fork.
Finely chop eggs or force eggs through a sieve.
Add chopped or sieved eggs, green onions and Italian dressing to tuna; stir to combine.
Stir in cottage cheese and olives.
Place 1 cabbage or lettuce leaf on each of 3 salad plates.
Top cabbage or lettuce leaves with tuna mixture.
Place remaining cabbage or lettuce leaves over tuna mixture.
