Tuna Cheese Leaves

Ingredients
  Canned water packed tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard cooked egg 2
  Sliced black olives 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 , sliced
  Savory cabbage leaves/Loose-leaf lettuce 6
  Classic italian dressing 2 Tablespoon (Oil Type)
Directions

Place tuna in a medium bowl; break up with a fork.
Finely chop eggs or force eggs through a sieve.
Add chopped or sieved eggs, green onions and Italian dressing to tuna; stir to combine.
Stir in cottage cheese and olives.
Place 1 cabbage or lettuce leaf on each of 3 salad plates.
Top cabbage or lettuce leaves with tuna mixture.
Place remaining cabbage or lettuce leaves over tuna mixture.
