Grilled Yellowfin Tuna

Ingredients
  Yellow fin tuna/Other red-flesh tuna steaks 42 Ounce (About 1 Inch Thick)
  Olive oil 1
  Butter 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 3 Small, peeled, seeded, chopped
  Sugar 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Room Temperature)
  Garlic cloves 1 Small, minced
  Finely chopped basil 1 Tablespoon (Or T O Taste)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat grill; grease rack.
Prepare Tomato-Basil-Butter Sauce.
Rinse tuna; pat dry with paper towels.
Season rinsed tuna with salt and pepper.
Brush with olive oil.
Place on greased rack about 4 inches above hot coals or high heat.
Grill 1 to 2 minutes on each side, turning once.
Do not cook well-done.
Fish should remain rare and red in center.
