Bacon Wrapped Tuna

Bacon wrapped tuna is a grill cooked tuna recipe. Prepared with fresh tuna marinated in lime juice and oil with ginger and garlic for flavor, the tuna is wrapped in bacon slices and cooked over hot charcoal till done. Basted frequently, it is served tangy and zippy and best paired with a side salad.
Ingredients
  Fresh tuna 3 Pound
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Bacon slices 6
Directions

Cut tuna into 6 steaks, each about 1 inch thick.
Remove any skin or bone.
In shallow glass dish, combine oil, lime juice, wine, garlic and ginger.
Add tuna; turn to coat with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Drain fish; reserve marinade.
Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each steak and secure with wooden pick.
Lightly oil grid.
Grill fish steaks, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot Charcoal Briquets about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
Turn once halfway through cooking time; baste often with marinade.
