Imperial Tuna tastes smooth. The tuna lovers must not miss Imperial Tuna. Imperial Tuna is an easy to make dish.
Ingredients
  Canned white tuna 7 Ounce, drained and crumbled
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Bechamel sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hot)
  Pastry shells 4
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to BROIL.
In a saucepan, mix all ingredients, except pastry shells and cheese.
Over low heat, warm mixture.
Pour into pastry shells.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Broil in oven 3-4 minutes.
