Grilled Fresh Tuna
|Tuna steaks||3 Pound (6 Piece, Each 1/2 Pound And 1 Inch Thick)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Marinate the tuna steaks for an hour or more in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Grill the tuna over charcoal or in a preheated broiler, basting well with additional oil. Cook eight to ten minutes, turning once. Remove to a hot platter and serve with Hollandaise sauce or melted butter and lemon wedges.
