Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Cooked Or Canned)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Canned tuna 4 Ounce
  Toast 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Drain mushrooms and place in blender.
Add milk and seasonings and puree.
Heat with tuna in saucepan.
Pour over toast and serve for lunch.
